2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Who May Use This Platform

Access to Pro Peptide Solutions is strictly limited to licensed medical providers including:

  • Medical Doctors (MD)
  • Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Nurse Practitioners (NP)
  • Physician Assistants (PA)
  • Other licensed healthcare providers with a valid NPI number

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a licensed medical professional in good standing
  • You hold a valid and active NPI (National Provider Identifier) number
  • All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will promptly update your account information if any details change
  • You are at least 18 years of age

Account Verification

All accounts are subject to manual review and verification by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any account registration at our sole discretion. We may verify your credentials through the NPPES NPI Registry (cms.hhs.gov) and other official sources at registration and on a periodic basis (quarterly or as deemed necessary).

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account
  • Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account

Pro Peptide Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products & Orders

Product Availability

All products listed on our platform are available to verified licensed medical providers only. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the platform are exclusive to registered and approved accounts. Some accounts may have negotiated pricing or custom discount structures. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order value of $300.00 is required for all purchases. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be eligible for checkout. Sales representatives may use an authorized promo code to bypass this minimum for personal orders.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are an authorized, verified account holder
  • The products are being ordered for legitimate medical practice use
  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account upon successful placement of your order. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order has been submitted and is being processed, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@propeptidesolutions.com if you need to make changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping is free 2-day shipping (UPS) for all orders of $300.00 or more
  • Orders between $300.00 and $3,000.00 may request overnight shipping for a flat fee of $50.00
  • Orders over $3,000.00 qualify for automatic overnight shipping
  • Orders below $300.00 do not qualify for free shipping

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses.

Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pro Peptide Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept major credit cards processed securely through Authorize.net. Additional payment methods may be made available at our discretion.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Pro Peptide Solutions to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to provide an alternative payment method. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully processed.

Taxes

Our products are sold to licensed medical providers for professional practice use. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction, including any resale or exemption requirements. We reserve the right to collect applicable taxes as required by law.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (pharmaceutical-grade peptides and related compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product did not match its description

If you believe you qualify for a return or refund, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at info@propeptidesolutions.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Intended Use of Products

All products sold by Pro Peptide Solutions are intended solely for use by licensed medical professionals in the context of their clinical practice. By purchasing from our platform, you agree that:

  • Products will only be used in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

8. Sales Representatives

Authorized sales representatives may have access to the platform under a separate account type with different permissions and pricing rules. Sales representatives:

  • May place orders on behalf of practices using the practice’s account credentials (with the practice’s consent)
  • Are subject to their own access controls and cannot modify account pricing or commission structures
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products

9. Intellectual Property
