2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). We do not currently offer shipping through other carriers.
3. Shipping Rates & Options
Free 2-Day Shipping
All orders that meet or exceed the $300.00 minimum order requirement qualify for free 2-day shipping via UPS.
Flat Rate Overnight Shipping
For orders between $300.00 and $3,000.00, overnight shipping is available for a flat fee of $50.00. This option must be selected at checkout.
Automatic Overnight Shipping
Orders over $3,000.00 automatically qualify for free overnight shipping via UPS.
Orders Below the Minimum
Orders that do not meet the $300.00 minimum order requirement will not be eligible for checkout. The checkout button will not be visible until the cart reaches the minimum order threshold.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Orders placed before [insert cutoff time] will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed
- You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order has shipped
5. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
Account Restrictions
All orders must be placed by a verified, approved account holder. Shipping addresses must be associated with a valid medical practice or clinic. We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses and may contact you to confirm delivery details.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at:

If you do not receive a tracking number within 1 business day of your expected ship date, please contact us at info@propeptidesolutions.com.
8. Tracking Notifications for Sales Representatives
If a sales representative is assigned to your account, they will receive an automatic email notification from our system when tracking information is added to your order. This is in addition to the standard shipping confirmation sent to the account holder.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Pro Peptide Solutions is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@propeptidesolutions.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@propeptidesolutions.com
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will work with UPS to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management for the package
- Allow 1 additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
- Contact us at info@propeptidesolutions.com if the package still cannot be located
We will open a trace investigation with UPS on your behalf. Please note that investigations may take up to 8 business days to resolve.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
12. Promo Code for Sales Representatives
Authorized sales representatives have access to a promotional code — REPSFREE — which provides free shipping on personal orders regardless of the order amount. This code is intended exclusively for sales representative personal use and must not be shared with customers or used for practice orders.
13. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
