Wolverine is a lyophilized dual-peptide vial containing 10mg BPC-157 and 10mg TB-500. BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid sequence (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV) corresponding to a partial sequence of body protection compound, a protein isolated from gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic 7-amino-acid peptide corresponding to the actin-binding domain of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein present in most mammalian cell types. In published preclinical literature, BPC-157 has been characterized in connection with VEGFR2 signaling and nitric oxide pathway activity, and TB-500 in connection with G-actin sequestration and actin polymerization dynamics.
